REFUND POLICY

Aarav Foods has a user-friendly refund policy to provide a seamless and stress-free online shopping experience.

We provide 100% returns on refunds for:

  • Products received in a damaged condition due to transit issues.
  • Products that have passed their expiry date.

For any of the issues listed above, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send an email to aaravfoods@gmail.com along with an image of the damaged or expired product. Also, mention your order number in the email.

Once the return is received by Aarav Foods, it will be checked and verified by the claims manager.

Only upon acceptance of the complaint, the refund will be processed via account payee only.
