For orders that are not acceptable, Aarav Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. This may be due to the following reasons:

• Unavailability of the product.
• Inaccurate pricing listed on the website.
• Any other reason due to market conditions.

If an order is cancelled after your payment has been accepted, the full amount will be refunded.

The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 30 days.

Orders placed online can be cancelled only before shipping of the order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be made on such orders unless the product is damaged or a wrong product has been delivered.

Customers will be bound by this cancellation policy and shall not hold Aarav Foods liable for any losses incurred due to cancellation or return of orders.

If the products are shipped back by the customer, a fixed delivery charge of INR 100/- will be deducted from the refund amount after receipt and verification of the returned items.
